Our Organization

Our board & management

The Press is a mission-guided community organization without shareholders, governed by a Board of Directors that meets monthly at our head office in Toronto. The Board is elected annually by the Members of the corporation at our Annual General Meeting, which usually takes place in late spring.

The Board entrusts the achievement of our mission to an Executive Director, who heads a workforce located in Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa and Montreal.

Our workforce

The workforce is organized into three divisions and an Office of the Executive Director.

The Office of the Executive Director oversees and supports the work of the divisions. It includes human resources and financial departments.

The three divisions are responsible for: original content creation; paid and sponsored content sales; and digital product management and delivery.
